What your Western chart shows
The Sun is the core identity you grow into; the Moon is your emotional default; the Rising is the face you present first. The ten planets in signs describe drives — how you communicate, assert, love, and work. Houses show which arenas of life those drives play out in, and aspects show how the drives cooperate or collide. This page adds the two Chinese systems so you can read the same birth moment three ways.
Why compare three systems?
Zi Wei Dou Shu and BaZi are built on different machinery than Western astrology — but all three describe the same person. Cross-system agreement is the closest thing astrology offers to a verification method: where two independent maps point at the same pattern, the pattern is probably real. Where they disagree, each map contributes a different lens.

How these charts are calculated
All three charts are generated by deterministic engines — the same birth data always produces the same charts. Western positions use standard astronomical algorithms; ZWDS and BaZi follow classical rules with true solar time correction and solar-term month boundaries. The engines are open source.
