What We Publish

Imperial Astrology publishes educational articles about Zi Wei Dou Shu, BaZi (Four Pillars), and Chinese destiny analysis, plus a star encyclopedia covering every star in the classical ZWDS framework. Articles explain the systems, their history, their interpretive frameworks, and how to read your own chart — in plain English, without esoteric jargon.

Sources and Verification

Interpretive claims follow the classical canon: the Zi Wei Dou Shu Quan Shu (紫微斗數全書) for the Star Chart tradition, and the Yuan Hai Zi Ping (淵海子平), San Ming Tong Hui (三命通會), and Di Tian Sui (滴天髓) for Four Pillars. Where an article discusses a specific source, it is cited there. Calculation claims are verified against classical placement rules and, where relevant, against independent tools.

Illustrative Composites

Articles that use named or detailed examples (Sarah, Marcus, Elena, and similar) describe illustrative composites built from patterns that recur across many charts — not accounts of specific real clients. We use them to make a structural pattern concrete, not to imply a specific consultation. Composite examples are labeled as such within articles.

AI Assistance

We use AI tools to assist with drafting and editing. Every article is reviewed and edited by a human practitioner before publication, and all interpretive content is checked against the classical sources cited in the article. AI is a writing aid, not the authority: the classical canon and human judgment are.

Corrections

If we find an error — in a calculation, a quotation, or an interpretation — we correct it promptly and note the correction in the article. Readers who spot an error are welcome to contact us.
