Free Chart Tools

The Zi Wei Dou Shu calculator computes your chart entirely in your browser — your birth details never leave your device. The Four Pillars calculator performs its calculation on our server, but a free calculation is not saved: your birth details are used only to produce the chart and are not retained.

Paid Deep Readings

When you purchase a Deep Reading, we save the birth details and chart inputs needed to generate your report, together with your order record. We keep these to generate the report, have it reviewed by a practitioner, deliver it to you, allow you secure access to it, and support you after the sale. Your secure viewing link expires after 30 days. Once your report has been delivered and your secure access has ended, we automatically delete the birth details and chart inputs after 30 days, and the report PDF itself is automatically deleted 90 days after delivery and secure access have both ended. Your order record — payment status, product, amount, currency and transaction times — is kept for financial record-keeping.

Season Pass Subscriptions

When you subscribe to a Season Pass, we save the chart inputs needed to generate your monthly forecasts for as long as your subscription is active or suspended. When PayPal confirms a cancellation, we stop generating new monthly forecasts, and 30 days after the confirmed cancellation we automatically delete the chart inputs; delivered forecasts are automatically deleted 90 days after the confirmed cancellation. If PayPal suspends your subscription (for example after a failed payment), we pause generating new monthly forecasts until it is reactivated — your chart inputs and delivered forecasts are kept while the subscription is suspended. Your subscription record and payment history are kept for financial record-keeping. Payment processing is handled by PayPal. We do not receive or store your credit card or financial account details.

Email Relationships

Our direct email relationship is a double opt-in list. We store only your email address, your consent record (version and scope), the source page you subscribed from, and the status and timestamps needed to honor your subscription and unsubscribe request. We do not store birth details. Nothing is sent until you confirm your email address, and we do not send marketing or promotional content. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click, and your plaintext email is then removed from our list.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. We also use a short-lived anonymous browser identifier to count tool usage without personal data; it rotates every 180 days. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time through your browser settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. To provide the services above, limited data is processed by necessary service providers: PayPal (payments), our email delivery provider (confirmation and service emails), and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (anonymous analytics). Each receives only what is needed for that service.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing [email protected]. Free chart calculations are not stored, so nothing is needed there; for paid readings, subscriptions and email relationships we will act on your request promptly.
