ZWDS 107 Star Dataset

A citable reference layer for all 107 stars in the Imperial Astrology encyclopedia.

This release exposes names, categories, elements, transformations, canonical URLs, and source references. It deliberately does not export the encyclopedia's long-form interpretations, palace readings, combinations, FAQs, or translated classical passages.

slug, Chinese and English names, pinyin, archetype, level, category, element, Four Transformations, canonical URL, source reference, last reviewed date, and dataset version.

Method and citation

The dataset derives its classification from Zi Wei Dou Shu Jing Cheng (紫微斗数精成), compiled around the framework of Zi Wei Dou Shu Quan Shu (紫微斗數全書), with annual-deity placement conventions identified separately. Cite the dataset version and this landing page; link to a star's canonical page when discussing its interpretation. Full method notes and per-record source references are published with the dataset.
