# He Was the Quietest Person in the Room. Then Everything Changed.

Three years ago, you would not have noticed him. He sat in meetings without speaking. His emails were three words long. He did his work. He left. No drama. No ambition visible. People assumed he was just shy, or checked out, or both.

Then something shifted.

He was filling a reservoir nobody could see.

Then his Luck Cycle shifted into Wood. Wood grows outward. Wood breaks ground. Wood cannot help but express. And when Wood met the reservoir Water had built, the momentum was unstoppable.

## The illusion of "sudden"

From the outside, transformations like this look like the person changed overnight. They did not. The energy changed. The person had been becoming that person for years. The cycle shift simply gave expression to what was already there.
